Side By Side Support Services Casino began in July 2025 with a clear purpose: to provide disability support that feels personal, consistent and genuinely supportive. Based in Casino and working across the Northern Rivers, the business was created to offer an alternative to rotating staff and impersonal services.

We believe support works best when people feel comfortable and understood. That is why we take the time to listen, build trust and walk alongside each participant at their own pace. Our approach is shaped by empathy, honesty and strong community connection. We focus on helping people feel confident in their daily lives, whether at home or out in the community.
